Cat brothers who have grown up together share a bond that can be unbreakable. Akin to the relationship we have towards our siblings, they're an inherent part of our upbringings and identity. From their earliest days, they've known each other's presence, the other's warmth, the sleeping together and sharing food, playing and hissing and learning everything new. There's a familiarity between them, a feeling of overwhelming and unconditional love and devotion. A knowledge that you have a partner in crime, someone to amble through life with, paw holding paw. You make each other feel like the world is safe and known, grounded and held. In small moments they instinctively curl up together, tails tucked, bodies pressed together. It can be the most wholesome and adorable sight to see the love between animals. Sometimes we forget that they're full of emotions and love, just like we are.

The idea of separating cat siblings is harsh and jarring. It's almost unnatural; there's a restlessness without each other. No grounding, no sense of safety, no way to know if you're loved or not. Together, they balance each other. They give each other what the other needs, and it's important to feel like their brotherly love comes first to everything else. These two are just simply adorable and lucky to stay together.
